Oscillator X: The Comic is set in the distant future and chronicles the adventures of Oscillator X – techno-pop stars and part-time superheroes. The comic is based on the real-life band of the same name. The costumes, instruments, stage sets, etc. are all the actual stuff (albeit comic-ized) that Oscillator X uses in the real world. Even the duo’s keytars actually shoot in real life (fire and confetti rather than magnetic pulse resonance beams, but hey….). While the real band may spend more time writing songs and rehearsing than fighting evil robots, Oscillator X: the Comic allows the band to expand (in very tongue-in-cheek fashion) some of the ideas and concepts represented in their music and performances. We hope that you enjoy the unlikely comic adventures of John & Kyle as much as we enjoyed making them.
